Forge Figure 8 Lifting Straps
Designed to sit flat against the base of the hand and to tighten on the wrist as the weight loads on the straps, attaching you securely to the bar throughout the lift.
Featuring our patented webbing construction, which weaves filament aramid fibre within spun fibres. The Figure 8 lifting straps deliver greater strength than a nylon wrap, whilst retaining the comfort of a cotton wrap.
Designed through collaboration with world-class athletes to eliminate grip as a limiting factor when lifting for maximal weight or extra repetitions.
Forge is a limited edition collection, offering the same performance and manufactured to the same high standards as our classic product line.

First measure the distance from the base of the hand to the edge of the hand between the middle and ring finger. We recommend hand washing the lifting straps with warm water and a mild detergent, and then allow the straps to air dry. Do not machine wash or dry, as this can damage the material of the lifting straps .
Best lifting straps I have ever used hands down. 12/10!
Note - If you weigh 180-200lbs, or less, definitely order the size ‘small’ unless you have massive hands and wrists.
Awesome they help me reach a new pr
Straps seem super solid. They're comfortable and I like how they sit flat on my wrist. My only complaint is the sizing. My hand/wrist measured right in the middle of size medium. But the straps are slightly too big. I wish I would have gotten the smaller size. The bar just hangs a little lower in my hand than I would prefer. Especially if I am using a deadlift bar. I think it would feel a bit more snug if I had sized down.
They made the difference.
