If you are new to wearing knee sleeves we recommend going with the recommended fit instead of sizing down, especially if you fall on size medium or smaller.
We recommend hand washing your knee sleeves with water or a mild detergent (or a specialist neoprene/wetsuit detergent), then allow the sleeves to air dry standing up.
The spin cycle of a washing machine can damage the sleeve, as the knee sleeves become quite bulky when wet and can potentially get caught up or damaged by wringing. High heat from a washing machine or a dryer will degrade the rubber in the sleeves (potentially causing shrinkage or brittleness).
Haven't har a better leg day than when wearing these
Bought these as a gift for my lil brother he works out a lot nd he said he loves them
I bought a size down for competition. While they are very hard to get on, once they’re in place they feel amazing. They restrict horizontal knee movement to prevent injury, and spring me up from the hole on squat. Pr’d by 25lbs the first time I used them. Would definitely recommend!
I really wish I had gotten these years ago. Avid weightlifter, x5 days a week. Past couple of years I've noticed knee discomfort in things like lunges. People call belts and other things (like these sleeves) "cheating". Well, I want my 52 year old self (in 10 yrs) to thank my now 42 year old self. I dove in on these because I've seen and heard of SBD in years past. I opted for the Large in relation to the size chart. I do wear them over compression leggings as I like my legs and knees to be warm- yes they to move slightly on movements, but not enough to be bothersome. I dont do heavy squats (anymore) as I dont have a reason to, but they make squatting SO comfy! Lunges? No sweat- no fear of knee discomfort after two leg days now! I do go heavy on seated squat press- 500# +, and let me tell you, I can add more weight! Quad extension station, 45# plate each side, I just did 4x20, but the dropset was brutal (10# each side and dont stop). Now I know what it feels like to have decent quads! Same with hammies!
Moral of this long a$$ review is these sleeves make me wish I had started using them many years ago. To be sore after one leg day is awesome, to be sore after two leg days is uncommon, for me at least.
SBD knee sleeves provide outstanding support, compression, and stability for heavy lifts. The 7mm neoprene ensures durability, keeps knees warm, and enhances performance with great rebound. Unlike cheaper alternatives, they maintain their shape over time. A must-have for serious lifters!
