Extend your arm, locking your elbow joint and relaxing your muscles.
Measure your forearm's circumference at its largest point, and measure your bicep circumference 10cm (4in) up from your elbow joint.
Choose a size that best fits both measurements.
The elbow sleeves stretch more than the knee sleeves, so if you are between sizes we would suggest going for the smaller size.
We recommend hand washing your elbow sleeves with water or a mild detergent (or a specialist neoprene/wetsuit detergent), then allow the sleeves to air dry standing up.
The spin cycle of a washing machine can damage the sleeve, as the elbow sleeves become quite bulky when wet and can potentially get caught up or damaged by wringing. High heat from a washing machine or a dryer will degrade the rubber in the sleeves (potentially causing shrinkage or brittleness).
