Extend your arm, locking your elbow joint and relaxing your muscles.
Measure your forearm's circumference at its largest point, and measure your bicep circumference 10cm (4in) up from your elbow joint.
Choose a size that best fits both measurements.
The elbow sleeves stretch more than the knee sleeves, so if you are between sizes we would suggest going for the smaller size.
We recommend hand washing your elbow sleeves with water or a mild detergent (or a specialist neoprene/wetsuit detergent), then allow the sleeves to air dry standing up.
The spin cycle of a washing machine can damage the sleeve, as the elbow sleeves become quite bulky when wet and can potentially get caught up or damaged by wringing. High heat from a washing machine or a dryer will degrade the rubber in the sleeves (potentially causing shrinkage or brittleness).
These are the best Sleeves, this is my second pair i bought as a backup in case anything happened to my first pair
The compression and feel of support of these is great. The size guide leaves a bit of guessing, with numbers overlapping. I was at the very top of Small, the middle of Medium, and just 1cm below the start of Large. I sized down to Small (even though it hurt my ego), with the expectation that they will stretch. They fit well and supportive when lifting, but it takes effort to get them on and off, and you need to line up the 7mm exterior before you unfold them over your bicep - they're too snug and grippy to rotate. If you just want to be warm, and aren't looking to lift heavy, I would recommend not sizing down. If you want the most support, select the smaller of the sizes you qualify for. I agree with others that the inside label tags are kind of annoying; I might be cutting those off.
Great feel and well built..Just got them and have used the for a week now and i can already feel how it has helped me not have those nagging elbow twinges or after workout pain. All that has reduced greatly in such a short time it makes me wish i had bought these along time ago.
I love there SBD products I recommended to everyone
