Extend your arm, locking your elbow joint and relaxing your muscles.

Measure your forearm's circumference at its largest point, and measure your bicep circumference 10cm (4in) up from your elbow joint.

Choose a size that best fits both measurements.

The elbow sleeves stretch more than the knee sleeves, so if you are between sizes we would suggest going for the smaller size.

We recommend hand washing your elbow sleeves with water or a mild detergent (or a specialist neoprene/wetsuit detergent), then allow the sleeves to air dry standing up.

The spin cycle of a washing machine can damage the sleeve, as the elbow sleeves become quite bulky when wet and can potentially get caught up or damaged by wringing. High heat from a washing machine or a dryer will degrade the rubber in the sleeves (potentially causing shrinkage or brittleness).

Order of Magnitude Improvement On Day One

I used my elbow sleeves this morning for the first time (as I received them yesterday.) My first set and first attempt at any form of elbow/arm support.

When bench pressing, I noticed unobtrusive support of my elbows and upper arms while moving through the movement. I believe these sleeves add to lower arm (proper) positioning (and lack of abuse), too.

No elbow "hot spots" 3 hours later (where I had one in each elbow yesterday having performed bench presses on Wednesday.)

Now, I'm questioning my wrist wraps and will investigate SBD Wrist Wraps.

Elbow Sleeves

I just didnt know what I was missing. I'd been using the $20 elbow sleeves from the local sport supply place for years. I got a pair of these bad boys for Christmas and wow. They are pricey but they are superior without question. They are softer, more supportive, and just feel amazing. I just didn't expect the quality to match the price. I was wrong.

Elbow Sleeves

These are 10 times better than mark bells strong sleeves. The best ones I have tried yet.
