Measure the circumference of your knee joint with your leg out straight, keeping your muscles relaxed.If you are new to wearing knee sleeves we recommend going with the recommended fit instead of sizing down, especially if you fall on size medium or smaller.
We recommend hand washing your knee sleeves with water or a mild detergent (or a specialist neoprene/wetsuit detergent), then allow the sleeves to air dry standing up.
The spin cycle of a washing machine can damage the sleeve, as the knee sleeves become quite bulky when wet and can potentially get caught up or damaged by wringing. High heat from a washing machine or a dryer will degrade the rubber in the sleeves (potentially causing shrinkage or brittleness).

It's like having robot knees. I'm basically a cyborg w/ these things on. Pretty difficult to get on though, as I do not have robot hands.
Great sturdy knee sleeves, great color (teil color). Runs pretty small so size up 1-2 sizes as they are made in the UK I think so they run smaller. I returned them like twice because the sizing wasn’t right. I got a medium and turns out I am an XL lol. Overall, phenomenal pair of sleeves and great quality material. Shapes your legs nicely as they are skinner taper towards the top of the sleeves on the thighs. I’ve had knee sleeves that are wide all the way around and aren’t tight on the thigh, but these ones make your quads look nicely shaped. Worth the money.
First off,they were packed right. These reflect knee sleeves are awesome. Tried them out and fit perfect. Got under 315lb squat and blew out 15reps easy with no knee pain. Very secure around the entire knee. Get you some.

I just bought a pair for the WPC world championships in Lisle, IL and they were awesome. Nice tight fit and great rebound. This is the third set I have purchased.
