Our singlets are sized based on athlete weight. However, athletes who are tall or short for their weight class are recommended to adjust up or down by one size respectively.

Hand wash your singlet with a mild detergent in warm water, leaving the garment to air dry. Do not put the singlet through a machine dryer as the heat can affect the material of the garment.

Great quality and true to size . Provide just enough compression without being overly tight legs have got a lot of room for deep squats and deadlifts.

Trust the size chart and go for it!

I found this singlet to be very true to size and comfortable. The material is smoothing and thicker than others on the market. I'm 5'3" and on the upper end of the size chart and the medium was the right choice. The women's cut could use more space for a chest, that's my only criticism.
