If your body measurement is on the borderline between two sizes, order the smaller size for a tighter fit, or the larger size for a looser fit.
If your body measurements for hips and waist correspond to two different suggested sizes, order the one indicated by your largest measurement.

Shipping and returns
We aim to dispatch all products ordered within one to two business days of an order being placed, although this can not be guaranteed around events, product launches and holidays.

Please note that signature confirmation may be required on any order placed.
Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is handled with USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority, or FedEx 2-Day depending on the order size and type of product. Shipping speeds are not guaranteed, but most shipments arrive within two to four business days of dispatch.
All of our shipping options, aside from USPS Express, are available free of charge for orders of $150 or greater. USPS Express may be available for an additional charge, but this is dependent on order size.
Not all services will offer delivery on the weekends and are subject to shipping holidays depending on the carrier. We recommend contacting our customer service team for more information regarding current estimated delivery times.
How do I exchange an item?
Items may be exchanged for a different size, provided they are returned to us within 30 days from receiving the goods. The customer will be responsible for the postage of and the safe return of the goods. An additional postage and packaging charge for the exchange item, at the relevant rate, may apply.
