Our singlets are sized based on athlete weight. However, athletes who are tall or short for their weight class are recommended to adjust up or down by one size respectively.
Hand wash your singlet with a mild detergent in warm water, leaving the garment to air dry. Do not put the singlet through a machine dryer as the heat can affect the material of the garment.

Shopping online isn't easy and one can get the wrong item, size, etc. which I did no first purchase somewhere else. Had to return. Bought my singlet from SBD: material was perfect, comfortable and true to sizing chart. I am 6'... 216 lbs and it fits well. A gym friend tried it on because he was having same issue with purchasing from other company. Spot on fit. Said he was going to buy one as well. He had already spent $60 on non-returnable sale item. I had spent $75 on returnable. For $25 more bucks, it is well worth avoiding the headache.
