We recommend hand washing the wraps with warm water and a mild detergent, and then allowing the wraps to air dry.
I bought the training wraps at the Arnold Classic 2022. It was my first step past raw lifting. They definitely add some pounds to my squat over the 7mm SBD sleeves I usually wear and have become my favorite way to squat. They are stiff but not to the point of being unable to walk out a squat. Highly recommend.
